Below are the conditions and terms related to bookings of our services.

1. General Conditions

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • When making a reservation, you are required to provide complete and accurate information.
  • We reserve the right to reject any reservation if we consider it does not comply with our terms.

2. Booking Process

  • Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or in person.
  • Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  • We recommend that you carefully review the confirmation and contact us immediately if you find any errors.

3. Payment Policies

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers.
  • In case the payment is not completed correctly, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
  • In case of cancellation outside the established period, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation will be applied.
  • Modifications to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. No Shows

  • If you do not show up at the reserved time without prior notice, it will be considered a "No Show".
  • In case of "No Show", the amount paid will not be refunded and we reserve the right to release availability for other customers.

6. Space Usage

  • The user agrees to use the reserved space responsibly and respectfully.
  • It is prohibited to carry out illegal, annoying activities or that disturb other users.
  • The user is responsible for any damage caused during use of the space.
  • At the end of the reservation, the space must be left in the same conditions as it was found.
